By accessing and using the Missvipcrossriver platform, you agree to the following conditions. This document governs the relationship between the company and its corporate clients regarding river logistics and customs management.

  1. Purpose of the Service

    Missvipcrossriver provides river logistics services, heavy cargo transportation by barge, and customs clearance management for companies. The scope of each service is defined in the contract signed between the parties, excluding activities not expressly agreed upon.

  2. Client Responsibility

    The client undertakes to provide truthful and complete information about the cargo, including weight, dimensions, tariff classification, and origin documentation. Any omission or incorrect data shall be the sole responsibility of the client, potentially causing delays or additional costs.

  3. Limitation of Liability

    Missvipcrossriver shall not be liable for damages arising from extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, port strikes, variations in waterway depth, or any force majeure event. Maximum liability is limited to the declared value of the cargo in the contract.

  4. Intellectual Property

    All content, trademarks, designs, and software present on the platform are owned by Missvipcrossriver or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

  5. Confidentiality

    Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of commercial, technical, and operational information exchanged during the provision of the service, even after the contractual relationship has ended.

  6. Modifications and Validity

    Missvipcrossriver reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, notifying clients at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the new conditions.

  7. Jurisdiction and Legal Contact

    These terms are governed by Argentine law. For legal inquiries, contact info@missvipcrossriver.com or address Alva 5602 Piso 46. Any dispute shall be resolved in the commercial courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
